Refund and Safety Policy:
One customer will be designated to speak for all passengers in a case of a dispute with Captain or Crew. That individual will be responsible for all other passengers and their behavior. They will be designated "the principle customer" and will act as the interface to the Captain and Crew in all safety or concerning behavioral matters.
Shoes on boat can cause damage, high heeled shoes are NOT allowed on the vessel and clean yellow/white soled shoes are the preferred option.
Please inquire about children aboard and specific regulation surrounding their accommodations.
Our vessel is not ADA compliant, please inquire about our accessibility options and specific accommodations in advance of your charter.
Pets, for both safety and due to unique materials issue pets are not allowed on the vessel but can be accommodated at times with coordination for dock side events.
Smoking is only permitted with Captain's permission and only externally on the bow and upper deck if other guests are accepting.
The Captain shall determine if the cruise can leave the dock based on his/her judgement of the weather, water conditions, crew readiness, yacht readiness, and passenger attitudes at any and all times. A refund is granted if SCN has to cancel the charter for its own reasons. A set of two alternate dates is granted for any weather or Captain safety determined cancellation. A 50 percent refund will be provided upon customer cancellation if before 7 days of the charter. Generally we will work with you in case of changes and do our best to accommodate your schedule changes.
In the event that the Captain determines in his/her judgment that the passengers are conducting themselves in an unsafe or impolite manner he/she can cancel the event at any moment with NO REFUND of any kind. In such cases the yacht will immediately return to the closest dock of the captain's choice or the Captain will make arrangements for the passengers to disembark at their own cost.
The crew will require all participants to listen to a USCG required safety briefing prior to boarding the yacht and sign an understanding of the safety and liability briefing form.
